What This Project Is
- A working phone line that answers on its own, talks back, and routes callers where they need to go.
- Built as a live voice system instead of a mockup, so people can call, play, leave a message, or check updates from the same number.
What It Does Well
- Keeps the call moving with fallback routing when one path slows down
- Turns the keypad into real options instead of one endless voice loop

Current Limits
- Rough call audio can still confuse speech recognition
- Long multi-part questions sometimes need a second pass
- The public stats get better once the line has real repeat traffic
